Monday's groundbreaking of the 20-foot sculpture built from World Trade Center steel will be nine months after the sculpture was supposed to debut in Saratoga Springs. The ceremony to honor the future memorial by the Saratoga Arts Group will be at 10:00 AM in High Rock Park. The sculpture will be called, Tempered in Memory.

Also on Monday will be jury selection for the Jah-Lah Vanderhorst trial. Vanderhorst is accused of killing teen, Tyler Rhodes, in Hoffman Park last April. He faces second degree murder charges. A jury already found his accomplice guilty of first degree manslaughter due to a cell phone video captured by a teen during the attack.

After months of negotiations, Nik Wallenda is set to tightrope walk Niagara Falls on Friday. While the American side of the falls gave him permission months ago, Canada took much longer to come onboard. The American daredevil already holds Guiness records, and will be the first person to attempt walking across the falls since 1896.

Gordon Ramsay tried to turn the Cambridge Hotel into a money-maker in his series, Hotel Hell. However, we will see how much money it brings in when hotel goes up for auction on Friday. The property was foreclosed upon last month. The episode featuring the hotel has yet to air.
